Avocado is the star ingredient so we started to wonder how we could introduce this healthy, creamy, and delicious fruit into a variety of dishes. After successfully selling guacamole at the Farmers Market in 2019, we've opened the world's first restaurant that serves unlimited ways to enjoy avocado.
